Waney/Live Edge Oak Dining Table - 6-8 Seater

£2,100.00

Please scroll down to the bottom of the page if you would like to see a video of the table.

I have three other pieces of the same size oak from the same tree so if this one isn’t quite working for you (For instance, you don’t want bark, you want to add resin etc.) please get in touch and I can create the same table but with your bespoke features.

This oak dining table is, in my very biased opinion, absolutely stunning. The real stand out feature is the earthy, thick bark along both waney edges. I have sanded it so there are no sharp edges, but it still has a wonderful tactile/textural feel to it.

The oak has loads of character, knots, some light pipping, detailed grain and medullary rays, it really has it all.

I have kept this piece as natural as possible in keeping with leaving on the bark, this is as close as you’re going to get to having a living tree as your dining table!

As you can see in the pictures it has a natural bow to it which makes it look truly unique.

Finished with a matt organic oil to keep it all as natural as possible whilst bringing out the natural beauty. All the naturalness doesn’t mean you need to be careful though, this is durable for the everyday use expected on a dining table.

This elegant, steel, spider leg base with a black powder coating, gives it a really contemporary look. If you would like to explore different bases or legs just drop me a note!

Length - 185cm

Width - 105cm at widest point - 94cm at narrowest point

Depth - 6cm

Height - 78cm

Free delivery within the M25, or courier will be additional cost, I will provide an estimate, please get in touch.
