After your initial enquiry we can email, text or have calls, whichever you prefer.

I can update you at every step or you can leave me to it, it’s completely up to you how the process works.

You don’t pay a thing until you’re happy with the end product.

And while I’m here, returns are very much accepted.

I am yet to have a return, as I am completely transparent about the tables in my shop, calling out any details and providing as many images and videos as possible. I want to make sure you are completely happy and love your new dining table, coffee table, bench, chopping board, whatever it may be, rather than being disappointed when it arrives and leaving with a bad experience and no table.

I want you to smile every time you see your table and not have anything negative associated with it at all so i put all of my efforts into making sure that’s the case.

For bespoke commissions it’s even less likely there would be a reason to return because I will keep you up to date throughout the whole process and we decide on everything together. This way the table is (hopefully) exactly how you imagined it and you have (again, hopefully) enjoyed being involved in the process of making it along the way. Please look at my reviews to see how people have enjoyed both the process and end result previously.

BUT, if all of that fails, I will of course accept returns within 30 days.
